Intellectual Property

The FUNGITECTURE trademark and service marks and other FungiTecture logos and product and service names are intellectual property of the proprietors of FungiTecture (the "FungiTecture IP") in Australia and other countries. You are not permitted to display or use in any manner any FungiTecture IP without first obtaining express written consent from FungiTecture.

In particular, the following quoted words and expressions, especially as described, are also intellectual property of FungiTecture in Australia and other countries. Unless specified otherwise, the words may appear entirely in uppercase or lowercase characters, or in any mixture of uppercase and lowercase characters, and in any font.

You may not use any of the following quoted words and expressions, especially as described, without having first obtained the express permission of FungiTecture.

"AXILLES" or "AXILLHS" or "SELLIXA" or "SHLLIXA" (where the word is written to resemble an arrow through any rotation of the word, especially using Greek capitals, where all characters, except for the "S", are rotated 90 degrees anitclockwise and written horizontally left to right, or rotated normal and written top to bottom. With respect to the "S", it can be written normally or in the reverse of normal, and in the same or perpendicular direction to the other letters. However, depending upon the rotation of the word, the "S" could be replaced by one or more tildes ("~"), pipes ("|"), hyphens ("-"), underscores ("_"), or brackets ("{","}","(",")","[","]"), or other curved or reflexed line, string or symbol. )

Using Greek capitals (O=Omicron or Omega), all characters are rotated normal and the word is written vertically upwards.
